Biller, Full Time w/Benefits – We are currently seeking at Biller at our Flint location.  Performs routine duties and assigned projects required for billing, tracking and receiving payments for services provided. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: data entry; telephone communication with providers, clients and insurance companies; insurance benefits verification and payment processing; accounts receivable follow up. Strong computer skills, proficiency with excel, attention to detail, accuracy, critical thinking and strong organization skills are important.  Associate’s Degree in accounting, billing, finance, or related field is preferred, minimum of one (1) year billing experience preferred, Behavioral Health billing preferred, and experience working in a high volume office.

Child Welfare Supervisor, Full Time w/Benefits – Responsible for supervising Foster Care Caseworkers. Monitors staff performance, schedules, and assignments. Responsible for assuring timeliness and accuracy of assessments and reports. Responsible to ensure case files are maintained and up-dated. Responsible for Facilitating team meetings. Masters Degree preferred. Bachelor Level with 4 years social service work experience. 3 years of which shall have been with a Child Welfare Agency or any Agency performing Child Welfare functions is required. CWTI Training a must.

Child Welfare Specialist, Full-Time w/Benefits- We are currently seeking a Foster Care Case Manager at our Flint Site location to provide case management services to children and families in Genesee & Shiawassee Counties.  You will be responsible to complete and oversee a variety of professional assignments, participate in community and professional coalition efforts, and advocate for children and families in the State of Michigan Foster Care System. Assists in coordination of foster care placements, assures medical, social, and psychological care is provided to foster children.  Prepares and presents assessments, service plans, legal documents, petitions and forms, and  attends/testifies at court hearings and meetings associated with assigned cases when applicable.  Must write accurate and timely case service plans: Initial Service Plan and quarterly Updated Service Plans, and develops plans and find resources to address clients’ and families’ problems in housing, counseling, and other areas and monitors services provided.  Bachelor degree in Social Work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Psychology or related Human Service field from an accredited college or university; or in another major where 25% of the course credits earned toward the degree are in human behavioral science is required.

Prevention Education Specialist, Full-Time & Part-Time positions available-We are currently seeking a Prevention Specialist for our Flint Site location to work with our clients serviced in Genesee County.  You will be responsible for providing education services to individuals and in group settings, as well as participate in information dissemination, community events, and local coalition efforts relating to prevention-based activities not only in Flint, but throughout the entire Genesee County area. Full Job Description.

Substance Abuse/ Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist, Per Diem & Full Time Positions available– We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Clinical Therapist for our Owosso location. With this position you could potentially be working with one or more of the following populations: Mental health, Substance Abuse, Michigan Department Corrections, Domestic Violence, Cognitive / Thinking Matters. Populations include people of all ages including children and adolescents.  All Candidates will need to have a CADC, CAADC, or the willingness to apply for Developmental Plan to work with the Substance Abuse population.

The person we are looking to fill this per diem position is willing to work 32 – 40 hours including two nights a week and Fridays.  We are a high volume facility and need someone with excellent clinical skills, time management skills, and self motivation.
